What inspired the scents?
Each Fae fragrance is rooted in the worlds of books. We drew from the fire-and-ash ferocity of Aelin Galathynius, the ancient pine-and-snow wilderness of Rowan Whitethorn, the soft starlit wonder of Feyre Archeron, and the intoxicating night-dark power of Rhysand. If a scent feels like stepping into a beloved chapter — that's entirely intentional.
How long does the scent last?
Our eau de parfums are crafted to linger — most wearers find they last 6–10 hours on skin. Longevity varies by skin type, temperature, and where you apply: pulse points like the wrists, neck, and inner elbows hold fragrance longest. Layering with an unscented moisturiser before spritzing can extend wear even further.
How strong are your fragrances?
Fae scents are confident but never overwhelming — think of them as a soft presence rather than a grand entrance. Each is blended as an eau de parfum (EDP), so they carry beautifully without demanding the whole room. If you prefer something more whisper-light, we recommend applying a single spritz to one pulse point and building from there.
How do I choose between scents?
Our product pages include detailed scent profiles with top, heart, and base notes, plus mood and season suggestions to guide you. As a general rule: if you love warm, cosy reads by firelight, reach for our deeper, woodsy blends. If you prefer something breezy and floral — like an afternoon in a sun-drenched garden — our lighter compositions are a good starting point. Still unsure? What's in your fragrances?
We believe in transparency as much as we believe in beautiful scent. Full ingredient lists — including IFRA allergen disclosures — are available on our Ingredients page. Every Fae fragrance is free from parabens and phthalates.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
All Fae perfumes are formulated with skin safety in mind and comply with IFRA guidelines. That said, individual sensitivities vary. We recommend spritzing a small amount on the inner wrist and waiting 24 hours before full use. If you have a known allergy to a specific ingredient, please review our full ingredient lists before purchasing.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard domestic shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout if you'd rather not wait.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a fragrance I've opened?
We understand that scent is deeply personal — sometimes a fragrance that reads beautifully on paper doesn't quite sing on your skin. We accept returns of opened fragrances within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle is at least 75% full. Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can arrange the process smoothly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives broken or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out promptly — no lengthy back-and-forth required.
How do I start a return or exchange?
